Occasionally, life might get busy, and you could accumulate a few unused floats on your account. Don't worry! These floats never expire as long as your membership remains active.
We don't charge any cancellation fees. Our membership is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time with just 30 days notice via a simple email or phone call. Please note that depending on when you send your cancellation email, there might be one more monthly charge if cancellation is requested within that 30-day notice period.
ZEN Club Members can float for up to 2hrs! Book the float room back-to-back and pay an additional $20 for the extended time!
